This challenge is about self-control and health. These days we all know how bad Junk food is for our health but no one can deny that the junk food taste damn good. But Junk food is evil can put you at risk for obesity and other chronic diseases, including heart disease, diabetes, and even “CANCER”. Junk food is somehow similar to alcohol, it’s addictive and bad for health. So we are here to challenge you to quit Junk Food for at least 15 days. You can surely increase the duration if you want to become more healthier.
Here are some tips and tricks you can try to complete the challenge
1. Drink plenty of water whenever you crave junk food.
2. Eat the meals on time and avoid getting too hungry.
3. Treat yourself to healthy food options when you feel cravings. You can eat some fruits, or other healthy snacks to kill the cravings.
4. Try Experiment, These days there are tons of healthy snack recipes available. You can try one of them it can divert your mind from junk food and your mind will stop craving. And it will be a bonus if the result of the experiment is good.
5. Try to make your friends accept this challenge too. Most of the time friends are the reason you might start to crave junk food. Because sometimes they might start eating the junk food in front of you and ask you to join. So it’s best to make them accept the challenge too.
6. Always remind yourself why you have started this challenge. It will give you the motivation to complete this challenge.
