It’s quite obvious in this money era. But what if I say that there is some other kind of investment that can give you some really unexpected and valuable returns and everyone can invest in that Most Valuable Thing.

The study found that doing the recommended 150 minutes of moderate exercise (or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise) per week yielded approximately 3.4 extra years to one’s life. Doing twice the recommended dose meant an additional 4.2 years to one’s life. Even doing half the recommended amount made for gains of 1.8 years. Therefore, according to the researchers’ calculations, you gain seven extra minutes of life for every minute of exercise. It’s quite a good return on investment. Isn’t it?

What if I say that you can avoid the majority of those diseases by doing so little and by invest in the valuable life. Surely you would love the idea. Living a healthy life is more important than long-living. If I give you two options first you can live 100 years but with some diseases. Second, you can live only 40 years but you can live these 40 years in a very healthy way. Surely you will choose the second option. But what if I say that there is also a third option. You can live approx 80 years with good health. Love it?
You can make your life long and healthy by eating healthy and taking a step toward a healthy lifestyle. The majority of diseases are avoidable and you can avoid them by taking good precautions. After all “Precaution is Better Than Cure”.

Smocking- On average, smokers die 10 years earlier than nonsmokers. Cigarette smoking is responsible for more than 480,000 deaths per year in the United States. Including more than 41,000 deaths resulting from secondhand smoke exposure.

Cancer- Cancer is the second leading cause of death globally and is responsible for about 10 million deaths per year. Globally, about 1 in 6 deaths is due to cancer. Around one-third of deaths from cancer are due to tobacco use, high body mass index, alcohol use, low fruit and vegetable intake, and lack of physical activity.

Lack of exercise– A lack of exercise could be killing twice as many people as obesity in Europe, a 12-year study of more than 300,000 people suggests. They concluded that getting everyone to do at least 20 minutes of brisk walking a day would have substantial benefits.

Junk food- According to a study conducted by the Seattle-based Institute titled ‘Global Burden of Disease’, following unhealthy diets and eating bad food lacking in any nutrition causes around 11 million deaths which are easily preventable. This figure, in comparison, is much higher than deaths caused by excessive tobacco consumption.
While tobacco-caused over 10 million deaths in the given year. High blood pressure deaths caused by eating bad food killed around 11 million people.
The conclusion is simple just stay healthy and quit things which are making a bad effect on your and your family’s health.
